During dark times, the raindrops wholeness melts away within all that is going around. It's migration leads to a smokey city, where the clouds cover the sky. The reports by the weather bureau aren't hopeful, however a little girl skipping in a puddle of rain seeing her own reflection, Groundhog the Weather Prophet's words, and a rainbow in the night bring a confusing mystery.
